Nurevia Home Care provides non-medical home care services including caregiver matching, companionship, and personal support services.

2. Independent Contractors

All caregivers are independent contractors and not employees of Nurevia Home Care. We act solely as a coordination and matching agency.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate care information
• Maintain a safe home environment
• Make timely payments for services rendered

4. Payments

• Invoices are issued based on service usage
• Payment is due as specified on each invoice
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

5. Service Limitations

We do not provide emergency medical care. For emergencies, clients should contact emergency services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nurevia Home Care is not responsible for indirect damages or incidents arising from caregiver services.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services due to:

• Non-payment
• Unsafe working conditions
• Misuse of services

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
