Safety, trust, and professionalism are our highest priorities.

1. Application Review

All caregivers must provide:

• Resume and work history
• Valid identification
• Relevant certifications (PSW, CPR, First Aid where applicable)

2. Background Checks

We conduct:

• Criminal record checks
• Vulnerable sector screening (when required)
• Reference verification (minimum 2 references)

3. Interview Process

Candidates are evaluated on:

• Experience in home care
• Communication skills
• Problem-solving ability

4. Skills Assessment

We assess:

• Personal care capability
• Safety awareness
• Professional conduct

5. Ongoing Monitoring

After onboarding:

• Client feedback is tracked
• Performance is reviewed regularly
• Caregivers may be removed if standards are not met
