Caregiver Screening & Vetting Process
Safety, trust, and professionalism are our highest priorities.
1. Application Review
All caregivers must provide:
- Resume and work history
- Valid identification
- Relevant certifications (PSW, CPR, First Aid where applicable)
2. Background Checks
We conduct:
- Criminal record checks
- Vulnerable sector screening (when required)
- Reference verification (minimum 2 references)
3. Interview Process
Candidates are evaluated on:
- Experience in home care
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
4. Skills Assessment
We assess:
- Personal care capability
- Safety awareness
- Professional conduct
5. Ongoing Monitoring
After onboarding:
- Client feedback is tracked
- Performance is reviewed regularly
- Caregivers may be removed if standards are not met
